The coach is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, medical professional, or counselor. Coaching services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical condition. If you require mental health care or medical assistance, you should seek support from a qualified licensed professional. **Client Responsibility** Clients understand that coaching is a collaborative process and that results depend on personal effort, commitment, and circumstances. Elevate Personal Development makes no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes. **Payments and Refunds** All coaching sessions and packages must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payments are non-refundable once services have been scheduled or delivered. **Scheduling and Cancellations** Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. If a session must be rescheduled or canceled, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.
